Your Challenge Focus

Choose one FLAMES pillar to focus on and track progress across 6 weeks:

  • Fuel – nutrition & hydration habits
  • Lift – strength & performance
  • Aerobic – cardio, steps, and conditioning
  • Mobility – recovery & flexibility
  • Endure – mindset, sleep, and mental strength
  • Sustainable – long-term consistency & keystone habits (this habit will be tracked for every member)

Every week, you’ll score points for showing up, logging habits, and completing mini challenges — turning progress into a game.

How To Win

Scoring:

  • Sustainability (weekly Keystone Habit): 50 points
  •  Accountability (Showing up to Small Group session + FLAMES log): 30 points
  • Weekly surprise challenge: 10 points
  • Referrals: 5 points each
  • 10 Bonus early bird points for joining before Wednesday 15th

CHALLENGE SCHEDULE

Fast forward to the week of the 27th of October to see Scheduled Sessions Below

The schedule is still currently being organised, however- will have at least 8 NEW sessions per week.

These sessions will consist of small group training (6 max) and also weekly big group workouts and workshops on weekends!

Is the session you want fully booked? No Worries!
Based on demand for the sessions, there will be new sessions added at different times to ensure that everyone gets a spot!

Please note that these sessions are EXCLUSIVE to challenge members only
