At 707 we want to make coming to the gym a highlight of your week. Come and experience an amazing range of functional small group training classes run by our experienced and friendly PT trainers. Whether you are new to the tribe or a regular, we have something for everyone’s needs that will ensure you achieve all your fitness goals.
Not interested in classes?
No problem! At 707, you can run, punch, lift heavy, lift light or just stretch it out, no need has been forgotten.

Daycare!
At 707, we’re all about making life easier — for you and your dog. If you’d love your pup to enjoy their own fun while you train, we’d love to help make it happen. Pop in for a chat to see if our Doggy Daycare is the right fit — it’s been a hit, and the dogs absolutely love it!
