An 11 Week Program tailored to your running experience, to aim for either a 5km or 10km Run Event!
Heaps of resouces to assist you with your training, and heaps of support from your fellow runners! With 2 group runs a week and a whatsapp group for questions and achievements!
We are offering an optional extra Weekly Small Group PT that will focus on key lifts and movement that will assist you with your running progression!
