Dale Southern
Managing Director
Dale has over 16 years of experience in the fitness industry and leads Gym 707 with a focus on structured training and real progress. He’s passionate about helping people build strength, move better and be part of a community they enjoy training in.

Sarah Mitchell
Coach
Sarah has over 10 years of experience helping people build strength, improve fitness and prepare for events such as Hyrox. She focuses on building confidence in the gym and helping members stay consistent.

Kim Latchford
Coach
Kim has over 10 years of experience in personal training and CrossFit. He’s passionate about helping people move well and train smart, focusing on proper mechanics so members can achieve great results while staying healthy and injury-free.

Tara McKenzie
Coach
Tara is passionate about helping people build confidence through strength training. She focuses on good technique, consistency and creating a supportive environment in every session.

Paul Oldham
Member Experience Manager
Paul helps members feel welcome, supported and connected at Gym 707. He plays a key role in member communication, onboarding and building the strong community the gym is known for.

Sarah Mclellan
Member Relations
Sarah manages Gym 707’s digital presence and helps keep members informed and engaged. From social media to member communication, she helps showcase the community and everything happening at the gym.

Christian Lozada
Exercise Physiologist & Coach
Christian combines exercise physiology with a strong strength and conditioning background. He helps members build strength, prevent injuries and return to training or sport with confidence.

Nat Hasbani
Operations Manager
Paul oversees the day-to-day operations at Gym 707 and helps ensure members have a great experience every time they walk in. He works closely with the team and community to keep everything running smoothly.

Ben Gisik
Coach
Ben is a personal trainer and running coach who helps members improve fitness, endurance and overall performance. He enjoys helping people train smarter and build strength that supports their goals both in and out of the gym.

Thomas Nicholas
Exercise Physiologist
Tom is passionate about helping people move better, feel stronger and improve their quality of life. He specialises in strength-based programs that support injury management, long-term health and independence.
