Our top level has a dedicated gym only area that includes treadmills, assault bike, bikes, bench presses, rigs, sandbags, dumbbells, kettlebells and loads more. Come and check out our space. It’s everything you need and more.

If you love doing your own workouts, then our downstairs area is available for your own use whilst classes are not operating. Downstairs consists or rowers, ski ergs, assault bike, rigs, kettlebells, ropes, sled, loads of weights and is an awesome area to sink your teeth into a big workout.

Great for crushing those deadlifts and getting that heart rate up!

Our Reception area is the hub of 707, where you will be welcomed into the gym by our lovely staff – Featuring our unique Doggy Daycare area! This is where you will leave your dog to be looked after reception staff, and is also where you can grab a drink in the vending machine, wait for your trainers and class, or even check out our staff photo and information wall.
