Dale is a passionate fitness trainer of 10 years. Through experience he specialises in fat-loss and body transformation, using the most practical training and nutrition strategies to the mindset and identity shifts a client needs to make to get life-long results.

Dale’s number #1 mission is to inspire long term, balanced and healthy lifestyle changes. He believes people should be stretching their potential and limits through fitness. He believes we are all unique and have different setbacks and barriers which we need to challenge everyday to grow. If you’re looking for someone to keep you accountable to your goals and get you there faster than you ever could on your own, Dale’s experienced coaching is for you!

Dale’s training style is very purposeful and will depend on the individual. He’s a big believer in strength training for life no matter how old you are starting from and delivers high intensity interval training with cardio and resistance while throwing a variety of training styles and methods to keep training interesting and fun and individual!

Christian - Personal Trainer

Christian Lozada

Exercise Physiologist / Instructor

Christian is an Exercise Physiologist which means he is an allied health professional and specialises in prescribing exercise. Christian believes exercise is medicine and you must invest in your health to reap the benefits of life. Being strong, fit & healthy!

Christian was a national level sprinter and hurdler in which he specialised in 400m, 400m hurdles and 200m. He has experience of training like an athlete and being trained by the best. Being around gym and sprint based activities all his life, he has a profound knowledge of how important movement is and how crucial individualised specific training is.

If you have any niggles, back or shoulder pain, or want to manage your chronic conditions, then Christian is highly qualified and passionate in helping you live your life pain-free!

Thomas Nicholas

Exercise Physiologist

Tom is a driven and passionate exercise physiologist who loves to help each and every one of his client’s to achieve their goals. He believes that everyone should have access to opportunities that allow them to be the best version of themselves whilst striking a healthy balance.

His passion lies in managing chronic diseases so that his clients can achieve a less sedentary lifestyle which is injury and pain free. He mainly works with injury management, falls prevention and disability services specifically neurological, such as multiple sclerosis. He makes it his mission to research and implement the newest evidence based practice for all his clients, ensuring a safe yet effective consultation every time.

As an exercise physiologist, Tom is able to assist new clients with a clinical assessment to ensure red flags are dealt with, injury management pre or post operation, rehabilitation of an existing condition or condition specific exercise programming.

Tom loves all the members at the gym and develops a strong rapport with all his clients, so feel free to approach him in the gym for a chat at any time.

My goal is to cut through the noise in the health and fitness industry and have the most positive impact that I can on the lives of the people that I work with; helping them become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle.

With a history in competitive bodybuilding, I am passionate about helping people find the right balance for them, which means they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking, feeling and performing how they want to.

Tara Mckenzie

Instructor

Tara aims to bring passion and a challenge to all of her classes. Her short, but oh-so sweet classes pack a punch and that’s because Tara herself knows how rewarding it is to smash a workout. Tara’s goal is to empower people through fitness and help them feel strong and confident in their everyday life and movements.

Tara started her own fitness journey several years ago, when she got fed up with being unable to unscrew the lid of her Nutribullet. Now she is deadlifting over 100kg and feels stronger and more empowered than ever in all areas of her health, life and fitness. It is this confidence that comes through strength that she hopes to provide others in her classes.

I am a huge believer in life balance and thankfully so as I have a serious love affair with all things food and beverage. It is a good thing that I also LOVE feeling strong, fit and healthy. That is why being consistent in my training is so important to me. It keeps me balanced mentally as well as physically.
I thrive in a positive environment so I feel privileged to be a member of the Gym 707 tribe where we help people achieve their goals and be strong, confident, healthy and happy. Love it.

Anika Kelly

I am currently on a gap year but I am studying English Literature and Music at Macquarie University. My first ever fitness experience was toddler dance classes. I loved performing, though I quickly discovered my inflexibility (I still can not touch my toes) so I found my niche in tap dance. I also played division 1 netball, although between covid lockdowns and completing high school I had to take a break from the sport. I now come in and use the gym so I can feel stronger and hopefully one day touch my toes!

  • In 2016 I travelled to the Philippines on a cultural immersion to work in the community
  • I teach singing and piano and I have one of the oldest piano’s designed in Australia
  • I have no pets (except my part-time puppy Mimi), but I’m in the market for a Garfield

Sarah McLellan

Hi I’m Sarah, the youngest staff member of Gym707 and the one who you can always approach if you need. I am currently completing my final year of high school at Monte Sant’ Angelo, studying Visual Arts, Design and Technology, Advanced English, Standard Maths and Advanced Religion. I am mainly interested in creative areas, and am currently working on two 12 month major works that will hopefully assist me in my future studies. I am also a very physically active person and have played Tennis, Touch Football, Hockey, Netball and Volleyball over my teenage years. Volleyball is my favourite, and I’m currently playing for the top team in my school, competing in nationals once a year.
