Dale’s number #1 mission is to inspire long term, balanced and healthy lifestyle changes. He believes people should be stretching their potential and limits through fitness. He believes we are all unique and have different setbacks and barriers which we need to challenge everyday to grow. Christian Lozada

Exercise Physiologist / Instructor

Christian is an Exercise Physiologist which means he is an allied health professional and specialises in prescribing exercise. Christian believes exercise is medicine and you must invest in your health to reap the benefits of life. Being strong, fit & healthy!

Christian was a national level sprinter and hurdler in which he specialised in 400m, 400m hurdles and 200m. He has experience of training like an athlete and being trained by the best. Being around gym and sprint based activities all his life, he has a profound knowledge of how important movement is and how crucial individualised specific training is.

If you have any niggles, back or shoulder pain, or want to manage your chronic conditions, then Christian is highly qualified and passionate in helping you live your life pain-free!

Thomas Nicholas

Exercise Physiologist

Tom is a driven and passionate exercise physiologist who loves to help each and every one of his client’s to achieve their goals. He believes that everyone should have access to opportunities that allow them to be the best version of themselves whilst striking a healthy balance.

His passion lies in managing chronic diseases so that his clients can achieve a less sedentary lifestyle which is injury and pain free. He mainly works with injury management, falls prevention and disability services specifically neurological, such as multiple sclerosis. He makes it his mission to research and implement the newest evidence based practice for all his clients, ensuring a safe yet effective consultation every time.

As an exercise physiologist, Tom is able to assist new clients with a clinical assessment to ensure red flags are dealt with, injury management pre or post operation, rehabilitation of an existing condition or condition specific exercise programming.

Tom loves all the members at the gym and develops a strong rapport with all his clients, so feel free to approach him in the gym for a chat at any time.

This goes way beyond helping people look the best they ever have, that’s a given, this also covers performance, mindset, motivation and lifestyle.

With a history in competitive bodybuilding, I am passionate about helping people find the right balance for them, which means they can enjoy their lives to the fullest whilst looking, feeling and performing how they want to.

Tara Mckenzie


Tara aims to bring passion and a challenge to all of her classes. Her short, but oh-so sweet classes pack a punch and that’s because Tara herself knows how rewarding it is to smash a workout. Tara’s goal is to empower people through fitness and help them feel strong and confident in their everyday life and movements.

Tara started her own fitness journey several years ago, when she got fed up with being unable to unscrew the lid of her Nutribullet. Now she is deadlifting over 100kg and feels stronger and more empowered than ever in all areas of her health, life and fitness. It is this confidence that comes through strength that she hopes to provide others in her classes.

Sonja Neugebauer


Sonja is a passionate and focused trainer with origins from Germany, where she studied and worked as a Fitness Trainer and Instructor for 3 years.

Having a background in dance, attention to detail and focusing on best form, was a key priority of Sonja’s. Motivated by the progress and success her clients had, she started to teach some programmed group fitness classes along with PT and dance.

The biggest adventure Sonja has been on, started by arriving in Australia 2018 were she worked in Rural Australia. This has now finally brought her back into a major city and back into the fitness industry.
Ready to hit the gym floor again, Sonja has levelled up with valuable new knowledge in the area of women‘s health and fitness.

Sonja strives to unleash the potential in each of her clients, making them their best and strongest self and enabling them by empowering and educating them.

Hi I’m Denise

Four years ago, I weighed my heaviest at 115 kilos. At 163 cm, I resembled a beach ball with arms and legs and was in physical pain. Deciding I had to do something, I found a six-week health and fitness challenge and thus began a journey back wellness. In the process, I fell back in love with training. I had forgotten how lifting weights helped both my mental and physical health.

When I was growing up, I never knew how to deal with emotions in a healthy, balanced way. So, I pushed them down and moved on – until they manifested into anxiety and depression. Around thirty, I was motivated to change careers and look for deeper answers. This began twenty years of study into meditation, metaphysics, psychology and counselling.

Now I find myself bringing my two loves together – The Mind Body connection. My aim is to bring meditation to athletes and show them how to discover an infinite inner power of flow that not only helps goals to be achieved quicker in the gym, but in all areas of life.

I am honoured to be part of the 707 tribe – to be the smiley face on reception that inspires people to become the best version of themselves. If I can do it, anyone can!

Reception Super Star

Alana has always loved fitness. From a very young age, she played State-level netball. In true sibling spirit, she also competed in State-level swimming simply trying to bet her brother’s records. In 2015, Alana attended ED5International and gained an Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts. She has performed in various musicals and on TV, including Christmas at the Domain and West Side Story. Today Alana loves scuba-diving and yoga, and hopes to get her instructor qualifications in both.

Apart from fitness, Alana is also a huge Human Rights advocate, dedicating her studies to Global Peace. She hopes to work for a non-profit organisation dealing with Climate Change Action or in Refugee Aid.
