Aimee and Zac joined Gym 707 just over 1.5 years ago — and they’ve been lifting, laughing (at block runs 😵💫), and levelling up ever since.
👟 Why they started:
Aimee wanted to prioritise her physical and mental health, while Zac was looking to feel better, get stronger, and connect with like-minded people after moving to Rozelle.
💥 What keeps them coming back?
The structured programs, the welcoming culture, and how good it feels post-workout. As Zac puts it, “It’s always a good time and makes me actually want to show up.”
🏋️♀️ Favourite workouts?
Aimee loves strength training (but really hates block runs). Zac is a deadlift guy through and through — burpees? Not so much.

Aimee’s cardio has skyrocketed despite her hill run aversion — “Seeing my endurance improve makes me super proud!”
