The best training plan is the one that fits you — your goals, your schedule, and your body.
Here’s a simple way we guide members to build a balanced, sustainable routine:

2–3 full-body sessions each week is plenty to build muscle, support fat loss, and boost energy.
2️⃣ Add movement you enjoy.
Cardio doesn’t have to mean burpees — walking, cycling, swimming or treking all count.
3️⃣ Don’t skip recovery.
Stretching, mobility or simply rest is key to staying injury-free and moving well.
