What motivated you to start your fitness journey at Gym 707?
“I wanted to exercise for mental health and self-care, and for all the obvious health benefits. Gym 707 felt welcoming and friendly, with a great diversity in fitness, age, and lifestyle.”
How long have you been with us, and what has kept you coming back?
“I’ve been a member since 2019! The trainers are amazing, the gym is the perfect size—big enough to not feel forced to interact but small enough to know everyone’s face.”
Favourite Exercise?
“Deadlifts and block runs (even though they’re tough at the time!).”
A fitness goal you’re proud of?
“I used to be scared of attending surge classes, but now I feel a thousand times more confident with weights and resistance training. Huge credit to Coach Siobhan for helping me build that confidence.”

“Feeling way more confident with weights and classes, and no longer intimidated by the gym environment.”

👉 1️⃣ Bench Thoracic Spine Extensions
Improve upper back mobility for a better front rack position.
👉 2️⃣ Wrist Pulses
Enhance wrist flexibility for a more comfortable grip and deeper squat.
👉 3️⃣ Front Rack Elbow Raises
Alternate lifting your elbows in the front rack position to improve shoulder mobility and becoming more comfortable in the front rack position.
👉4️⃣ Knee over toes stretch
Work that ankle mobility- Flexible ankles make for a smoother front squat
