I've trained a few gyms over the years, having not trained for some time, Gym 707 couldn't have been more welcoming & accommodating. Skilled professionals, great equipment and good vibes.
707 Gym is a very welcoming and friendly place for seniors to keep healthy and fit. The instructors are enthusiastic and helpful to make sure you get the most benefit out of each exercise.

Best Gym I have ever belonged to and the most consistent and motivated I have ever been.... why? Because it is an amazing local gym, where friendly locals go, and there is a great sense of community. Literally have made BFFs there, and nothing like having a great reason to see your friends and expend some energy! The trainers are without exception highly skilled, motivating, supportive and take personal care to each client in every class. I socialise at 707 and exercise is a happy side effect!
From day one I felt welcomed and encouraged at 707. The atmosphere, the community, the trainers and staff are all 10/10, making it a great experience at every visit. I have been a member of 707 ever since inception, with the membership value for money only improving under Dale’s leadership. Having broken my leg playing soccer, Anton (can highly recommend) got me back on the field, stronger & more confident than ever. I am now fitter & stronger than I have ever been. A wonderful gym community.
This is a great gym, I highly recommend! I have built a really consistent/healthy routine by going to their gym classes, they have lots of different times that suit my rotating roster. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and invested in the members success!

Izzy’s Journey: A Story of Strength, Resilience, and Transformation 🌟

After moving back in July, Izzy returned to Gym 707 with a mission. Personal struggles had taken a toll, and she found herself at her heaviest weight of 110kg—a place she never thought she’d be. But she didn’t let that stop her. Izzy embraced the challenge head-on, determined to regain her health, strength, and confidence.

Fast forward to October: Izzy’s already down to an incredible 85.9kg! She’s not done yet, though—she’s on track to reach her goal of 75-80kg, and we couldn’t be prouder.

Not only has Izzy made massive strides with her fat loss, but she’s also gained back her energy, strength, and glow. The transformation has been amazing to witness. Izzy is proof that even it feels hopeless, you can turn things around with consistency and discipline.

So how did she do it? By sticking to the fundamentals:
