1. Start with a Discovery Call

We’ll kick things off with a quick phone call to learn more about you — your goals, lifestyle, any past injuries, and what kind of support you’re after. It’s a no-pressure chat to see how we can help.

2. Come in for a Visit + Find Your Fit

You’ll drop into the gym, meet our coaches, and explore what feels right for you. Depending on your goals, experience, and preferences, we might recommend:

  • Group Strength & Conditioning — train with others, get strong, stay accountable
  • Going Solo with Personal Training — more 1-on-1 coaching and customised support
  • Hybrid Training — a mix of group and PT for the best of both worlds
  • Exercise Physiology or Rehab — if you’re managing injuries or special conditions
  • Reformer Pilates or Mobility Programs — for movement quality, recovery, and core strength 

3. Start Strong with Your 6-Week Kickstart

Once we’ve found your perfect fit, you’ll start with one of our 6-Week Transformation options. After that, we’ll help you map out a longer-term plan to stay strong, consistent, and supported for the long haul.
