The gym has everything one needs to workout and the classes and... instructors make going to the gym tough, rewarding and fun all at the same time. The instructors are amazing and extremely experienced in proper form, coaching and pushing you to achieve results. All have different teaching styles to keep each class fresh and exciting. Would highly recommend for all fitness levels!!!read more

They have a variety of group classes that run at a good pace but can also challenge you! I joined Gym 707 just over a month ago and have been so impressed with the... super welcome and friendliness of everyone in the team - it really feels like you are part of a family and not just a gym. Although I cannot attend classes because of injuries, it wasn't a problem at all and they recommended a suitable trainer immediately who I'm very happy with. Loads of space to work out in, a great variety of equipment (which is amazingly clean) and an environment that I feel happy and confident in. It also offers the benefits of reduced rates for people like me who can train off-peak, not something a lot of gyms do! It's so good, my husband has now joined!!!!read more

I don't like gyms - I'm someone who has struggled with fitness over the... years and need to feel SUPER comfortable in a space to be able to exercise properly. Gym 707 is so lovely. The folks there are friendly, remember your name and genuinely want to get to know you. The culture of the gym is great, they deliberately cap their numbers so the gym doesn't get overstuffed and intimidating to their members. I love it. If you like personalised service and a comfortable place to work out, this is the gym for you! 5 stars!Oh and one more thing - they are super flexible with their contracts and don't gouge you like so many other gyms do with things like cancellation or set up fees etc. When they found out I had injured myself and couldn't go for a few weeks, they paused my account for a few weeks so I wouldn't have to pay the weekly fee - even though I didn't even ask for this. Just great service.read more
